Delete your account

1. Sign in on this site the way you signed up (Google, ORCID, LinkedIn, Facebook or an email code).
2. Click your name at the top right to open your account page.
3. Click Delete account, then Delete permanently.

This immediately and permanently deletes your name, email address, profile picture link, linked sign-in identifiers, credits, simulation log (including the parameters of your runs), the messages you sent through the feedback and collaboration forms, and your approximate location from our server.

One exception, until the end of that day only: so that the free daily credits cannot be reset by deleting an account and signing up again, we keep the number of credits you had left together with a one-way fingerprint of your sign-in (it cannot be turned back into your name, email or account). At the next daily reset it is discarded.

Remove the site from the account you sign in with

You can also remove this site's access in your Google account (Security → Third-party apps with account access), ORCID record (Account settings → Trusted parties), LinkedIn (Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services) or Facebook (Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites). This stops further sign-ins; to erase the data already stored here, delete the account as above.
